Delivered via three 10mins videos to be watched as part of Health and Safety training onsite or online.

A personalized digital platform including a monthly Mind Fitness Check, the Mind Fitness Series, Mind Fitness Strengths, Tools and Techniques.

Monthly focus on a particular Mind Fitness Strength and/or associated tools.

|1. Immersion Workshop (1hr)
Providing Senior Staff with an understanding of what mind fitness is and how it differs from mental ill health, as well as an understanding of the scientific foundations that underpin mind fitness.
|2. Mind Fitness Series (10 x 5min episodes)
Providing the science and tools for each of the Mind Fitness Strengths delivered via 5mins episodes accessed over 2 weeks.

Providing Senior Staff with the guidance and advice to achieve attitudinal change with their workforce and facilitate improved Mind Fitness.
